How long have you read the Tarot for, and what inspired you to start?

I have been reading:

Native American cards since 1977

Tarot Cards since 1987

The Phoenix Cards since 1987

I was inspired to start reading by my Grandfather. He came to England from OntarioCanada in 1941, and he had an amazing ability to read Cards, people, and situations.

His family originally came from the “Huron” tribe, around the Georgian Bay area.

My oldest memories as a young child are with this amazing man, who had such a spiritual and peaceful way about him. He was my roll model, and I feel so privileged he was a part of my life.

What is your preferred Tarot spread and why?

The Celtic Cross; This is my standard spread. It gives me all the elements I need for a good reading, and covers all areas.

The Horseshoe; Is a good spread of about 5 to 7 cards. It is simple, easy, and great for answering questions.

Dragon Spread; Not for the faint-hearted! This spread goes deep.

Which Tarot deck do you use?

Tarot of Marseilles & Native American.

Are there any cards that bear particular significance to you?

The chariot.

My whole life has been a never ending Journey; and like most journeys there’s sometimes a bit of turmoil along the way. Persevere, and try to be a positive influence.

What tools other than the Tarot can a client expect you to use during a reading?

  • Astrology.

  • Divination.

  • Crystal ball.

Have you ever given a reading that stands out in your memory for some reason?

A young lady, of around 20 years old came to me for a reading, she didn't want to say much, but she did say her father had passed when she was 8 years old. Her mother could never speak about him; she wished she’d known more about him, known him better.

She lived in a different town to me, and I had never met her before. The reading was going well for a while, until I kept seeing my best friend who had passed over due to a car accident coming into my mind. I couldn't make sense of it, so I kept on with the reading. The reading was a success, she was very happy. After I said “it’s funny I kept seeing my late friend in my mind” and said his name! She nearly fell off her chair! “My dad used to work with him on Wednesdays”. At that point I knew exactly who her dad was. I was able to tell her about her Father. I knew him very well in a work situation, but never knew his family. That day was very emotional, and one that will stay with me forever.
